You can easily export your entire schedule as a PDF that you can use to form the basis of your printed program, or you can share it online with your attendees. This video shows how it works.
This will automatically sort your events by day part, group them by event type, and then further sort them alphabetically. Every even row within a day part will have a light grey background to make reading the rows easier. If a day part needs to be split across pages, it will automatically apply a new continued header at the top of the next page. And finally it will leave a 1/4" margin on the sides and top and a 1/2" margin on the bottom so you can easily add your own footer to the page such as a page number in your program.
