Format Digital Billboards

You can have live digital billboards outside of your event rooms at your game convention. They'll show data for the next 2 day parts and automatically update every 15 minutes. This will help your players find their tables, and find players with generic tickets a place to sit down and spend those tickets.

You'll find the billboards under the Convention Tools > Scheduling > Billboard. You can control the room, speed of scroll, and what data is displayed by clicking on the header of the billboard.

Don not log in to Tabletop.Events from the computer controlling your billboards. Those computers are left unattended and would expose your convention to unnecessary security risks. Instead, get the URL from your TTE dashboard and then type it into the displays. The billboards are accessible without authentication for this purpose.
